The beginnings

He began his adventure with sailing at the age of 6, at his father’s club – UKS Yacht Club Slawa. Being at the age from 7 to 14 he competed in the Optimist Polish Cup, finishing the season several times in the top 10 of a ranking.

Career

At the age of 14, he started sailing on Laser 4.7, and then also on Radial and Laser Standard. Until the age of 18, he stood on the podium of the Polish cup regattas many times.

After graduating from high school, he suspended participation in the competition for 3 years to be able to train Optimist class riders at the Sailing Club in Horn Kraków.

In 2018, he returned to sailing and, together with the junior crew of Igor Tarasiuk, won the bronze at the Junior European Championship in Match Racing. In 2019, he spent more time at the helm to win the Polish Academic Championships bronze with his academic crew and second place in the overall Omega class Polish Cup classification.

Privately

Power engineer, who graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. On a daily basis, in addition to training and working in the yard, he edits films and creates subtitles for television programs. Music lover. He plays the guitar and sings since his childhood.
